PROJECT MANAGER

Janet Dugo is Project Manager for the Downtown Staten Island Commercial District.  She brings a wide range of experience to the position, including more than 10 years as a business owner and a deep understanding of the local business environment from her time as publisher of Staten Island Business Trends newspaper.  She also served as project manager of the recent Commercial District Needs Assessment of the area.

Joseph Pisicolo

NEIGHBORHOOD 360° FELLOW

Joseph Pisicolo is a Neighborhood 360° Fellow with the NYC Department of Small Business Services supporting the Downtown Staten Island Commercial District.  A native Staten Islander, Joe graduated from Cornell University's ILR School.  Before community development, Joe worked and interned in a variety of human capital roles, including an internship with the UN's International Labour Organization in Geneva.
