Intro to Woodworking

In this introductory class, students will learn basic use and safety of a variety of equipment, including the table saw, hand saws, hand planes, sanders, drills and chisels. This introductory class will also cover how to correctly measure and create a cut list for projects. Students will have the option to make one of several project options: a napkin holder, toilet paper towel holder, or cutting board.

 If you have ear and eye protection, bring it along, if not we can provide the basics.

 Ages18 and up. No previous experience required.
