This class is designed for those new to the wheel, or who have not been on a wheel in a while. We will focus on centering the clay, learning to pull the clay into a cylinder and throwing a basic form. This workshop is open to anyone 18 and up. About the Instructor: Darren Corona is a local ceramicist, and owner of Tikicraft. He has been working with and teaching ceramics for over two decades. Darren's passion is discovering lesser known ceramic techniques and bringing them to his students for them to explore.
