About Colin Jost
Colin Jost, a head writer for Saturday Night Live, grew up in Staten Island and graduated from Harvard University. He started writing for SNL in 2005 and has served as the co-anchor of “Weekend Update” since 2014.

Beyond his work as a head writer, Colin co-hosted the special editions of “Weekend Update” that aired on MSNBC during the 2016 Republican and Democratic National Conventions and then the primetime Weekend Update Summer Edition in 2017. Last year, Colin and Michael Che, co-anchor and fellow head writer, were chosen to host The 2018 Emmy Awards. Additionally, he wrote and starred in the Paramount/Netflix film Staten Island Summer, based on his days as a lifeguard growing up in New York.

Colin has won four Writers Guild Awards, a Peabody Award, and has been nominated for multiple Emmy Awards for his writing on Saturday Night Live.

About Michael Che
Having been named one of Rolling Stone’s “50 Funniest People,” Buzzfeed’s “50 Hottest Men in Comedy,” and Variety’s “Top 10 Comics To Watch,” Che is quickly leaving his mark on the media landscape. A native of lower Manhattan, Che’s comedy uses humor to identify humanity in the most controversial actions. He applies street culture to world issues with a delivery that The New York Times describes as “a reflective, laid-back stage presence with jokes that draw as much from his city upbringing…as from blunt, insightful points that bring the abstract into focus.”

Che is currently the co-anchor of Saturday Night Live’s iconic Weekend Update” segment where he is also a co-head writer for the show. Prior to joining SNL, he was part of “The Best F*&#ing News Team Ever!” as a correspondent on Comedy Central’s Emmy & Peabody Award-winning program The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

Che has made numerous other television and film appearances. Most recently, he co-hosted the 70th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards on NBC. Che’s other appearances include Chris Rock’s Top Five, Comedy Central’s hit series@midnight, and as a weekly cast member on Vh1’s Best Week Ever. Both Time-Out NY and Comedy Central have listed him as one of their “Comics To Watch.”
