Bio:
Jason Cianciotta, born with an undiagnosed disorder, has been in a lifelong fight to defy the odds. Numerous fractures, skeletal deformities, surgeries, bone infections, and corrective procedures have taken their toll, and as a bilateral amputee, the fight continues. Blessed with a mind for learning, Jason holds degrees in Biology, Philosophy, School Administration, and Chemical Engineering, and has been an educator for +15 years. Affectionately known as MrC to his students, he has a unique way of inspiring, and relaying God’s Word - through math and science - to people of all ages.
Now reborn as Lazarus, his art serves as a platform to share his faith, and the moments in his life where God’s Grace has spoken profoundly to him. Lazarus lives today, through the limitless power of God’s Love, giving meaning to his suffering, and thankful for the people in his life that have helped heal him along the way.
Synopsis:
The poetry came so easy to me - it felt like it was already written. It was a spirited work where God guided my pen.
Now a synopsis?? I never intended to sit down to write the original book in the first place. It was a moment of transcendence, birth from a gift, which at once was lost - worn and weathered - but then later was found. It was waiting for me, the one who would recognize it and reclaim it, and make it new again. It came at a time in my life when I needed healing, and served as a reminder to share God’s Love through my suffering. No synopsis can qualify the impact writing this book had on me.
And so I ask of you to read this to someone you love, share your own pains, live the transformative power of empathy, and in His Image and likeness, continue to inspire and help each other heal along our collective journey to salvation.
