STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. If you're taking a stroll along Bay Street in St. George, Tompkinsville, or Stapleton these days, chances are you might run into Elvis.
You see, he'll be sweeping the streets and wearing a shirt and cap inscribed with the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce and NYC Department of Small Business Services (SBS) logos.
